With close proximity to an amazing and diverse selection of mountain bike trails, hiking, and nature trails. There is so much right on the doorstep. Set on 4ha, the property boasts plenty of outdoor space for extended family, including those much loved furry friends. We can even accommodate your equine buddies with a little notice. There's room for a tent, campervan, or two if you have extra family wanting to visit or are travelling as a group. Arrangements can be made to accommodate most situations. Come and play a game of cricket in the paddock or just relax, escape the city, and enjoy a quiet drink on the patio with lovely rural views. There are a couple of other people living onsite. They come and go regularly but you'll still have your privacy. They are also about should you need any assistance with anything in the house.

Always being grounded in the outdoors and an active participant in the adventure playgrounds of the south, I fell in love with the central otago region and decided to build a base to accommodate my active lifestyle. Close enough to all the activities the local region has to offer. Situated amongst some of the regions' premier wineries and vineyards, mountain biking, skiing, hiking, and climbing... it is an absolute world of adventure and pleasure on the doorstep.
