Modern and very sunny 2 bedroom cottage in the popular Wharewaka strip. Are you visiting friends and family in the area but looking for your own space? Honestly 2 mins to the lake and Wharewaka reserve and playground, with endless sun in this holiday neighborhood, it is the perfect place. The second bedroom is divided with a curtain and is the access to the bathroom so if 4 staying you all need to be close. Many nearby bike trails for miles for easy walking 4M to south, 7M to town. Fully fenced property, single garage perfect for the kayak, bikes. This home is on a one of two homes and shared site but private and comfortable for all. PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups. Access to all places in the photos. We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency. Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
