Cozy and simple home, located by the 18th hole fairway. Perfect to get away from a busy life, to a quiet space perfect for families and couples. Golf Club is a 10-minute-walk away and provides a large swimming pool, a top restaurant with breakfast buffets and elegant dinners. Has wifi and AC in all rooms + a small pool perfect for sitting down and enjoying the sunset over the 18th fairway. Has some minor cosmetic flaws (which are pictured) but is very clean and comfortable. **If you are interested in using the golf course we must discuss privately to accommodate your slot in the golf course, separate charge of course.

It is located inside a gated golf club, Coronado Golf Club & Resort. A 5 minute drive away from the beach, 15 minute drive to large supermarkets, varied restaurants which include an authentic Italian owned restaurant, American style burgers, craft beers and rotisserie chicken joint.
