Upon entering from the street, you’ll be greeted with our front yard: a beautiful, green garden with well kempt plants and wrap around lighting for visibility at night. There is also a large garage (one of two) with an automatic door (remote available) that can fit 2 cars spaciously. Entering the home, you’ll be welcomed by our large living/family room. Filled with plants, chandeliers, and all the natural lighting you could hope for, it is a luxurious space that will be sure to make you feel happy and relaxed. Through the living room, you will find our unique garden space that you won’t find anywhere else in Lima. With rustic tables and matching umbrellas, an extra-large grill with accessories, a ping pong table and another 3-car garage, there is plenty of space for you and your guests, plus some! The kitchen is large, with an induction stove and all the kitchen utensils and amenities you would expect to have in your own home. Climbing the stairs, on floor 1.5, is an office space with a 26-inch monitor, sofa-bed, digital piano, Google smart speaker, standing desk with bucket seat, plus it’s own small private terraza. You’ll also see a living tree in the middle of the stairwell – a recent addition that adds to the feeling of being in nature while in our home. On the second floor you will find another balcony with table and umbrella, 2 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One room has a private bathroom, while the other bathroom is located in the hallway. Each room has queen sized beds with comfortable sheets and tasteful decorations. One room has a view of the front of the house, while another has a view of the garden. Going to the third floor, you’ll be greeted by our stunning master bedroom. With a king-sized bed, working fireplace, desk with additional external monitor for working, large bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and a walk-in closet, it can’t get much better. Located in the heart of Miraflores and as close as you can get to the Pacific Ocean, our unique gardens, Terrazas, balconies and curated indoor spaces will allow you to escape the noise of the bustling city while being only blocks away from the most visited destinations in Lima. Our home is located in the Miraflores district of Lima. Lima sits on a cliff overlooking the ocean, so access to the beach is by staircases (or car). Our home is located only two blocks away from the stairs that descend to the beach. At the bottom of the stairs is the main location for renting surfboards or finding a surfing instructor! About four blocks away, less than a five minute walk, you will find Larcomar, a beautiful shopping mall filled with restaurants carved into the cliffside with amazing views and delicious food! Parque Kennedy, a hot tourist destination filled with great restaurants, bars, shopping, and cultural centers, is less than a 10-minute walk away. To the south is Barranco, a hip neighborhood with amazing architecture and museums. There are also a ton of small bodegas (stores) for quick purchases (snacks, alcohol, etc), and multiple grocery stores within walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe and patrolled by private security, so you can feel safe walking around any time, day or night. Additionally, the house has both a door to enter the property from the street, as well as a door to enter the house, increasing security and privacy.
