The perfect rental Condominium for anyone seeking peace and tranquility far from the hustle and bustle of the city situated on a private beach of Paracas Bay, in South Peru. The apartment has a fully furnished living room with cable TV, kitchen and laundry room a beautiful ocean view terrace. It can accommodate 14 guest comfortably as it has two full-sized beds, eight single beds, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a separate room with a bathroom for the nanny. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a jacuzzi. There is Free access to the condominium club house, swimming pool -one for the adults and one for the children, playgrounds, soccer field, tennis courts, volleyball field and restaurants. Your Peru vacation should be a time of explorations, discovery and fun.
Started by Carlos A. Valles, beach house owner. Carlos saw an opportunity to sharing our personal homes with those who love the beach as much as we do and offer travelers like himself more accessibility to these types of accommodations for a short-term or partial stay without having to sit through the presentations or paying regular rates charged by major brands.
Additional attractions that you can visit are: 5 minutes away the Natural Park Reserve of Paracas including museums. 20 minutes away the mysterious and world famous Nazca Lines, a series of ancient geoglyps located in the Nazca desert. 1 hour bot excursion to the protected Ballestas Island (islas ballestas) where birders flock to see condors, pelicans and flamingos. Those interested in the marine life will see whales, dolphins, sea lions, magellanic penguins, leatherneck turtles, and more. 1 hour away the Huacachina Oasis, a pradise in the middle of the desert that offers sand boarding and dune buggy trips.
