🏡 Fare Hitimoana Lodge welcomes you on the motu of Tiputa, one of the most authentic and preserved islets of Rangiroa atoll. Accessible only by boat from the airport (located on another motu), this place offers a true Polynesian immersion in a friendly, family-like setting.

📍The accommodation is located on the motu (islet) of Tiputa, a preserved and authentic hidden paradise in Rangiroa.
It is accessible from the airport, which is located on the Avatoru motu. To get there, you will need to take a taxi to the Tiputa dock and then a water taxi to cross the Tiputa pass and reach the village of Tiputa.
🚌/🛥️ TRANSFER TO THE LODGE (MANDATORY FROM THE AIRPORT):
1️⃣ Land transfer from the airport to the Ohotu pier
2️⃣ Boat transfer across the lagoon to Tiputa motu
3️⃣ Land transfer from Tiputa dock to the lodge
👉 We will be waiting for you at the dock when you get off the taxi boat to escort you to your accommodation.
⚠️ IMPORTANT – THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
✔ ACCESS BY BOAT ONLY: The lodge is located on a different motu than the one where your plane lands. Please send us your flight details in advance so we can organize your transfers properly.
✔ INTERNET CONNECTION is available, but the speed may vary depending on weather conditions — perfect for disconnecting.
✔ NO RESTAURANTS NEARBY, so we recommend choosing the half-board option or shopping at the village market before arrival.
✔ THE VILLAGE OF TIPUTA IS ACCESSIBLE BY BICYCLE. A local mini-market offers basic items for lunch.
✔ EASY EXCURSIONS: Tour providers pick you up directly from the dock! We can also drop you off there for free if you prefer not to go by bike.
