Brand New Fully Furnished 1br with balcony with Unlimited Wifi and telephone line. Our unit is cozy with minimalist look so you will feel very comfortable and have a relaxing atmospher plus the view from the balcony because it faces to the amenities. Our kitchen has complete kitchen wares so you can comfortably cook as well. Swimming pool are accessible with minimal fee. Also, for 1month and above free use of pool.
I started the hospitality/lodging industry when I live to another condo near work and desided to buy one because of comfortability it has provided. This is the first condo unit i have purchased and another 2 coming soon - I never considered it selling. However, leasing it for long-term would mean I won't be able to use it at times when I want to. Hence, short-term rentals and maintaining its interior came into mind. With an increasing number of condo units the family has invested, it is now open also for long-term rentals as well. I make sure I attend to my guests personally upon check-in. If I am not available, I make sure a family member represents me. I am open to opinions of guests as I believe these are needed for continuous growth. I am also very generous in giving discounts especially for long-term leasing. Thank you and looking for hosting you soon :)
