I need to submit guest names in the office so you can enter the village during your confirmed booking. - All guest names required to be registered in the office or Guard will not let you in the gate. - You will be provided WIFI password and Door password (Smartlock) so you can enter the unit before check in. *NO UNREGISTERED VISITORS. *Do not unplug anything that is already plugged and setup when you get in because this will interrupt other service like WIFI, Door smartlock, and etc. *Unit has security features installed such us RING video doorbell and 1 security camera in the common area downstairs which covers the living room, dining area and kitchen due to safety reasons. (DO NOT unplug/uninstall under any circumstances) ----------

About my home: Unwind and relax in our brand new home found at the heart of Nasugbu-Tagaytay. It is a perfect hideaway to those who simply want to relax and have fun with their families and friends. It is accessible to tourist spots, major malls and restaurants. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms with shower heater. It has a kitchen, dining, and living room with Smart TV, Wifi, Netflix, Echo(Alexa) and Karaoke ready. House is equipped with ring doorbell and indoor camera in the common area for security/safety purposes The space Bedrooms: All 3 bedrooms are airconditioned. There are 2 bedrooms at the top floor. The Master's bedroom has a queen-sized bed with own toilet and bath with shower heater. Bedroom 2 has double-sized bed. Bedroom 3 single bunkbed room Kitchen: Prepare sumptuous meals to be shared with your family and friends at our kitchen . It has the basic cooking essentials like induction cooker, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and refrigerator are also available to store frozen food and cold food and drinks. Dining/Living room: Enjoy good food with good company in our 6 seater dining area . Basic tableware set like plates, serving dishes, spoon and fork is also provided. It also has a 60" Smart TV with Netflix and Karaoke ready Bathrooms: There's 3 bathroom 1 downstairs (half bathroom) and two (2) bathrooms that has a toilet and bath with shower heater both upstairs located at Master's bedroom and common area. Amenities: Enjoy the amenities of the village basketball court, playground and pool (once open for public) Special request to open another room for 7 guests and below may be arranged but with an additional fee of P600 per night.
