The property is new. We just opened this year around February. The inn offers affordable private room accommodations situated right in the center of the touristic town of San Juan, Siquijor. It is about 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and a 1-minute walk to the main road. The inn is accessible and easy to locate. It is equipped with CCTV and 24-hour Wi-Fi. An on-standby generator is also available in case a blackout occurs.
Mabuhay! My name is April, or you can also call me Rose, as my real name is April Rose. I am a local from Siquijor Island and would love to welcome you anytime in my little accommodation. I have been working in the tourism industry for quite some time now, and to me, what is more challenging now is to manage my own little business while I also work in a resort nearby. I am not perfect, but I promise to offer you the best service you need while you are staying in my inn, making sure your stay will be as comfortable and relaxing as ever.
The inn is situated in a residential area. You can also observe chickens around raised by the neighbors. If you are sensitive to the noise of animals, the inn is not for you. The neighbors are respectful and helpful, as they are just relatives of the owner. In fact, one of the houses nearby is the owner's parents' house.
When you walk out from the inn, you can find restaurants, coffee shops, fruit and vegetable stores, sari-sari stores, and some little bars. Everything is just walking distance.
