Its a cozy petite space for guests. Spacious parking. Its easy access to the city malls, church, mainroads, boulevard where u can take a clear view of the majestic mayon volcano and citysea side, where u can jog and have a taste of bicol cuisine in variety of bicolano restos.
Place is within the heart of Legazpi city, near malls, church, boulevard where guests can jog, bar, dine in variety of restos showcasing bicol cuisine, view the majestic mayon volcano, in just 200m. Its a 2-storey space, with modular kitchen, coffee table, bathroom with shower and complete basic toiletries. Upfloor is airconditioned, with karaoke, cable tv, mini closet, pullout bed, sofabed with bluetooth speaker. Huge space for parking. Cozy guesthouse.
