Spot some endemic species from the canopy view garden, enjoy the private pool, our double terasse with bbq, and all the amenities of the house fully powered by solar. Not overlooked, the property is fenced for your privacy and security. Motorbikes can be parked inside, but the 100m dirt road access is too narrow for cars. You can use our herbs and spices garden to cook in our fully furnished kitchen, with fridge, stove, oven, rice cooker, kettle, ustensils and kitchenware. Fiber WIFI is availible inside and outside the house. Play games, watch Netflix and Youtube on our 4k smart TV in the living room. The 2 rooms with queen bed are airconditionned and come with a closet and ceilling fan. There is one western standard bathroom with hot and cold shower, lavatory, toilet and essentials. Housekeeping, gardening and pool maintenance will be done daily. Linens and towels will be changed every 3 days. Please read the information hereunder before booking. The house is located 7min drive from El Nido Town and 5 min drive from Lio Beach. You will need motorbikes, car or hire a tricycle or van to move around. We will be happy to assist you with that. Our neighbours are friendly and the area is safe. They have dogs and roosters, a tradition in the philippines. Staying in a solar house implies a responsible use of energy. In some exceptional circumstances such as very bad weather cumulate to brown out from the electricity supplier (our back up), we may recommend you to reduce the use of some appliances. However, for your convenience, the house is also equipped with an emergency generator, so you will always have power! The pool is unsupervised and has no surrounding fence, dont leave kids alone and swim at your own risks.
