Just a couple of blocks away from amazing Malls, restaurants, cafes, the boulevard, the Newly Constructed and Operational Bicol International Airport and so much more. Perfect for weekend getaways, business trips, staycation, work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything Albay has to offer. The house is located in Camella Homes Legazpi Albay which has a living room, dining room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garden, a carport, a terrace, and a music room, which is a separated space, with internet connection.
