Strategically located in the heart of Cebu City, Unit Amenities: ● 1 Double-Size Bed ● 1 Single Size Bed ● Air Conditioner ● Android TV with Netflix and other apps (use your own logins) ● Free WiFi Internet ● Dining Table Kitchen: ● Refrigerator ● Induction Cooker ● Range Hood ● Rice cooker ● Electric Kettle ● Plates, glasses, mugs, Silverware provided ● Pots, pans, Cooking Spatulas provided ● Dishwashing Liquid Bathroom: ● Water heater ● Shower ● Hair Dryer ● Bidet ● Washine Machine (with extra fees) Please note: • Each bed is equipped with bedding, including fitted sheets, 1 pillow per guest, and flat sheets used as blankets. Thicker blankets are available upon request with a minimal fee. • 1 towel per guest is provided. For extra towels, please inform us in advance; a minimal fee applies. • Light cooking is allowed on the induction stove, but please refrain from cooking fish, dried fish, or any strong-smelling foods to avoid lingering odors in the unit. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for violations. • The swimming pool is closed every Tuesday. A maximum of 2 persons are allowed to swim at a time. Larger groups are advised to take turns to ensure everyone can enjoy the pool area. • Please note that the washing machine is not included in the standard amenities.
