The Property is newly Built this year 2025. with large room and living room. if your looking to expereince like a local of this town in bohol this property is fits for you. not expensive and enjoy the freedom like only 1 neighbor not closed. cemented road. with fence entire the property. privacy is very high. the back of the property is farm like ricefield and empty lot with goat living like a local. 2 rooms with both air conditioned with hot and water. We have also available car and Single motorcyle if you need one. Sorrounded with Mountains. Chocolate Hills is Nearby.
I would like to help by offering my vacation house as minimal fee to help foreigners to expereince bohol. Live like a local, like planting your own vege if you would like to stay longer.
