SHOGUN .. 10min walk to MarketPlace supermarket. for those with no car, there is tricycle always waiting - 75pesos to Paseo de Sta Rosa or Nuvali Solenad.
I have been living at Stanford Suites 2 for more than 3 years. I own 2 units and renting out around 5 studio units (owners are mostly abroad and they trust me to take care of their units and have it rented out) ..
