Important: For stays longer than 20 days, electricity is charged separately by meter at PHP 17 per kWh.

Guests who arrive at our Villa may come as Visitors, but they often leave feeling like part of the Bil-isan Family. We’re available whenever you need assistance, yet we always respect your privacy and personal space. We’re happy to help arrange Motorbike or Car rentals, Private tours, Vans with drivers, Shopping trips, and to recommend the best places for dining, entertainment, and local experiences. During your stay, you’ll have full access to the Chlorine Free Pool, Garden and BBQ area, and the private staircase leading directly to the ocean. For your convenience, we also provide a remote control for the property’s automatic gate.

From the main road there is a 800m long path through the jungle to our house. On the front we have wonderful snorkeling spots. From us you can easily reach all sights such as Chocolate Hills, Loboc River, Tarsier etc. etc. It is advisable to rent a car or motorbike. There are also inexpensive chauffeur-driven vehicles for hire. Alona Beach with all the bars and restaurants is only 6km away.
