Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. All bills are included in the rent. This is a quiet place where you and your family can stay safe - to spend quality time. Our home is your home. This is a 3 BEDROOM HOUSE, 2 showers/toilets, reception area, dining area, kitchenette (where you can cook your food) and garage(if you have a big car you are free to use the clubhouse parking area and basketball court). This is a small community composed of 143 units with a 24-hour security guard. Our advantage is we have a water tank to supply you with water during your stay. (Water Supply is the No.1 problem in Cebu.). A hot shower is available too. The house has a 55" flat cable TV and fast broadband internet in the house. Rice cooker, stove, and pans to cook your food. We also provide you with hot and cold water dispensers. Plates, drinking glasses, cups, and cutlery are provided too. Along with these for a start, we provide something for you if you get hungry. (eggs, rice, noodles, canned foods, and some snacks). There is a variety of shops outside (not a posh coffee shop). A small market, bakery, laundry shop, and resort swimming pool are just within reach. Malls, big shops, and coffee shops 10mins drive SM Seaside 30-40mins drive Anjo World Theme Park - Minglanilla 15mins drive Lantaw Restaurant SRP 20-30 min drive.

We are a couple working abroad. Our lovely home in Talisay, Cebu is available to rent as holiday house to enjoy the Beautiful City of the South-Cebu. Cebu is the oldest City in the Philippines and has a very deep history of Filipino culture.

Friendly neighbourhood. Local market and some shops outside. No worries if you stay longer, laundry services are available just outside of the vicinity.
