Property information

Tagaytay Prime Residences is a residential condotel. All rooms are airconditioned, have induction cooker and rice cooker in the kitchen, bidet and tissue paper in the comfort room and hot shower and soap in the shower. Bed setup, view, TV feature, wifi type, availability of fridge, microwave or kettle are different per type of room. Please make sure to select the type of room based on your needs. You will be given the room that you booked [not the feature that you requested] as price varies per room. As an example, if you select a room with city view, you will be given a room with city view and not a room with lake view. If you want to get a room with lake view, please make sure to select the correct room type.

Tagaytay Prime Residences boasts a viewing deck with 360 degree view of the city and full view of Taal Lake. It also has an ice cold swimming pool [closed Mondays and Thursdays]. It is located on Tagaytay-Calamba Rd with nearby restaurants, spa, gifts centers, tourist spots, banks, hospitals, grocery and access to public transportation stops. Tagaytay is one of the hottest tourist destinations in the Philippines because of its cool weather and tourist destinations such as Picnic Grove, People's Park in the Sky, Museo Orlina, Sky Rank, Paradizoo and Puzzle Mansion. 1. Public transportation: You may rent our tricycle or car for the day. 2. Private transportation: Most tourist spots are searchable on navigation apps.
