If you love to stay in the nature near the ocean with fiber optic high-speed internet, Rose Apartments is your place! A simple but modern new homestay inside the forest overlooking the green valley. Surrounded by coconut trees and jungle. We are a quiet place, about 200 meters from the mainroad, accesible through a small sandy forest road. At night the road is dark, make sure you are in good walking conditions. The road is only for walking or motorbikes and can be a bit slippery when it rains. Cars can not enter and park on the mainroad. We have a few lovely dogs that will welcome you on arrival and are happy to play with you. We have 2 rooms with aircon and 1 bamboo room with fan. All rooms come with a small but clean private toilet & shower (cold water). We supply unlimited free drinking water and in the morning free coffee & tea. We have a large shared community table and unique hanging table overseeing the green valley. You can use it with free high-speed fiberoptic internet around the property. Ideal for work and social media. Breakfast we serve at our Green Valley Café. All bath soaps in the rooms are formulated by Rose Apartments and organic homemade from local natural ingredients. At the back of our place you can take an exciting jungle walk of 300 meters to Bitoon Beach. One of the best places for snorkeling with beautiful white sand and amazing corals. We are about 10 minutes drive from the center with restaurants. We rent scooters to go around and we can arrange tours for you. After you made a booking we will will send a detailed description how to get here from direction Tagbilaran/Jagna in the booking app. Read this carefully!

Hidden between the coconut trees, inside the forest, a few minutes walk away from the mainroad. We have no direct neighbors. From Rose Apartments it is only 10- 15 minutes forest walk (300 meters) to the beach and amazing ocean. Here you can relax at the beach, swim and snorkeling in crystal clear water and discover the beautiful corals, fishes and turtles. Local restaurants are all within 5-10 minutes drive. Many scuba dive oppertunities around Rose Apartments. We are happy to help you find one. There are busses and tricycles stopping at the mainroad near Rose Apartments. If you want to be more flexible we recommend to rent a scooter with us.
