we are sharing with you our family resthouse and experience the best tagaytay feel in our lovely and well maintained fully furnished 3bedroom 3 tb house with a beautiful view of the village park The house is spacious and very cozy, there is good flow of air inside the unit as well The unit is designed for relaxation and comfort. PARTYING and Videokes are strictly not allowed. Place is serene and quiet. Village rules are implemented It has 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds each and ample extra mattresses. We do allow cooking and barbecuing. Kitchenwares and cutleries are provided. Beddings are clean and fluffy blankets are provided Parking space is not a problem as we have covered parking and fronting a lush village park The village clubhouse is less than 1 min walk from the resthouse where you can swim for a minimal fee. The village location is very strategic as well, very near Lourdes church, balay dako, sky ranch, Brahma Kumaris. Nurture Spa etc.

quite adventurous and loves to travel. I love people, food and fashion. i'm not so much of a book reader but i have lots books and i read them-----sometimes ;) i am a busy person, but i make sure my guests are okay and their reasonable requests are attended to and all querries are answered. i assign a caretaker to attend to the guests because i normally would not be around but you can directly communicate with me should you have any concern that cannot be addressed by the caretaker. The transient house is actually a staff house for my employees and dealers, i rent them out during the days the units are not in use in order to have fund for its maintenance and to help travellers on a budget to have decent accommodation. But please be reminded that we are NOT A HOTEL ;) we do not have room service and amenities like that of a hotel nor provide utility people in an instant. We love accommodating guests from all walks of life, whatever gender, race or belief, we will gladly accept you but we do hate rude, unruly, inconsiderate, too demanding,and unreasonable guests. the vacation house is located in a gated residential area, hence, village rules must be followed and serenity of the area must be maintained so as not to disturb the neighbors. Videoke and loud sounds are not allowed Alta Monte Subdivision is located in Magallanes drive which is at the heart of Tagaytay City. It is very near memory lane, balay dako, nurture spa, magallanes square, starbucks, charito's, ayala mall, Lourdes church tagaytay medical center etc.
