It is just 10 to 15 minutes drive from the city center and is also accessible by public e-jeep transportation from Burnham Park. Be ready for a slight adventure on the road to the property. Facing the West Philippine Sea, one can expect foggy mornings and during early afternoons. And on a great day, one can behold a sea of clouds or a perfect view of Lingayen Gulf and lowland rivers. The sunset is equally spectacular as no other man-made obstruction is in sight, enjoying hues ranging from light yellow to bright red.
