Baltic Del Mar By Baltic Batavia Deluxe Apartment with side sea view warmly welcomes its special guests. ***From Winter 2025, we invite you to use the private SAUNA in the Batavia apartment.*** This unique studio apartment is located 200 m from the beach on the third floor in a historic building belonging to the 3-building complex DREI KRONEN at Uzdrowiskowa Street in Świnoujście. The Deluxe apartment, decorated in the Marine-Hampton-Boho style, has a King-size bed, a spacious and comfortable 3-person sofa bed from which you can watch TV programms or the latest movies and series on the free NETFLIX platform. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster with a bread tray and 2 coffee and tea machines. From the side view of the sea, sitting comfortably on fluffy cushions, you can admire the passing ferries, and this is possible thanks to a large, separate, intimate terrace suspended among the trees. Despite the proximity of the beach, the Apartment with a cozy area on the terrace provide relaxation, peace and quiet. This is even more important in the strict holiday season. Additionally, a nice surprise awaits every Guest of the Batavia Apartment - a bottle of wine as a thank you for the reservation from the Hosts. We love animals. If you are planning to travel with a dog, please let us know when booking. Each guest will receive a comprehensive information pack on arrival, including a photo of the meeting point and everything needed for check-in. Self-check-in is also possible - electronic door handle with a personal code. There is a restaurant in the building, which serves guests a delicious buffet breakfast. It is open daily from 7:45 to 11:45 - reservation is not required. A wide selection of culinary options awaits you on the main promenade.
