Urokliwy apartament znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy zlokalizowanej w samym centrum miasta. W okolicy znajdują się przeróżne sklepy osiedlowe oraz targowisko – Ryneczek, znajdujące się tuż za rogiem, w odległości mniejszej niż 70 m. W pobliżu apartamentu znajdują się liczne punkty rozrywki - zaledwie 300m do Filharmonii Częstochowskiej oraz Kina, 600m do Teatru im. A. Mickiewicza w Częstochowie itp. W okolicy znajduje się szereg lokali gastronomicznych oraz kawiarni. Słynne Aleje Częstochowskie są oddalone od apartamentu ok 500 m. Do Jasnej Góry ok. 2 km.
