Elegant and functionally equipped studio and 1-bedroom apartments nearby the city centre of Warsaw. They are located in a brand new, guarded, luxury apartment building with a 24 hour reception area and an underground parking space. Additionally, there are parking spots near the building. In every apartment there is a small cosy patio prepared for guests to enjoy the the yard full of greenery. PLEASE REMEMBER!! Each of our apartments is decorated and arranged differently (30-54 m²). If you want a specific location, please contact the office. The apartments have a balcony overlooking the estate. The hole complex provides 24-hour security, parking spaces, shops and restaurants. Nearest subway station 300m. Parking in the underground garage (extra charge). BREAKFAST: At the Miau Grau Club Café delicious à la carte breakfasts are served. The menu offers fresh and diverse options, perfect for starting your day. What's more, you can meet adorable cats there, which will make your time spent in the café more pleasant. Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and on weekends and holidays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The club café is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

Apartment is located at Kolejowa street in a new, lively part of Warsaw - "19. District". You can reach the city center, which is full of attractions and show-places, by public transportation in a couple of minutes. This perfect localization is conducive to theater, cinema, restaurant and shopping outings. The Warsaw Rising Museum is only 15 minutes away. One of the biggest assets of the "19. District" is a very friendly, open space with its own infrastructure e.g. alleys, squares with fountains and creative playgrounds.
