Przytulny domek ze spadzistym dachem położony w Bukowcu na wzgórzu, z widokiem na okoliczne szczyty. Domek mieści sie na terenie bieszczadzkiego Parku Krajobrazowego.
Na terenie działki znajduje sie miejsce do zorganizowania ogniska, przy domku jest również miejsce parkingowe.
Domek składa się z salonu połączonego z kuchnią i łazienki na parterze, na piętrze natomiast znajdują się dwie 2 osobowe sypialnie. Z salonu jest bezpośrednio wyjście na balkon, z którego możemy podziwiać piękne widoki.
