Please note that the credit card details provided during reservation must match details of the guest who will be staying at the property.

Guests check-in themselves using self check-in instruction sent on the arrival date - please provide your arrival time. There is no reception nor luggage storage in the building, these are only available at a different location. All Guests pay the same price no matter the age - we have no special children policy. The tax identification number should be provided before paying the fee if VAT invoice is required. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.

The reception is located on Jana Street.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

A damage deposit of 1,000 zł is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
