The offered premises are a studio apartment with an area of 33 m2. The apartment has one large living room connected to the kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. The premises have 2 single beds that can be put together, 2 large built-in wardrobes, kitchen furniture with household appliances and a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment has air conditioning and an S1 class safe.
We are a married couple who privately share their previous apartment. The enlargement of our family forced us to change our apartment. Ikara's studio apartment is our first home and the only facility we provide. Thanks to this, each guest is treated individually and there is no such thing as a "mass party". In case of any difficulties or complications, we remain at your disposal and will be happy to provide support.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area close to many shops (Biedronka, Aldi, CH Astra, CH Magnolia, etc.), restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, dentist, hairdresser. There are tram and bus stops nearby (including night ones), which take you directly to the center, railway station, bus station and the airport. In this part of the city there is the Municipal Stadium and Hala Orbita, as well as swimming pools and an ice rink. Easy access to S8 and A4.
