Perełką ośrodka jest usytuowanie bezpośrednio przy Ośrodku Narciarskim Nowa Osada, można na nartach podjechać pod dolną stację wyciągu. Do centrum miasta prowadzi szlak wzdłuż rzeki Wisły, gdzie po drodze można umilić czas dzieciom na placu zabaw, natomiast miłośnikom wycieczek górskich możemy polecić różne szlaki turystyczne.
Ośrodek „Osadowe wzgórze” to nowe domki całoroczne powstałe w 2021 roku z planem dalszego rozwoju.
