A comfortable, fully equipped one-bedroom apartment in a new apartment building on Kopisto 11, located on the 5th floor. It comprises a comfortable living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Ideal for both short and long stays, the apartment features a balcony with a view of the Capital Towers. Important information: - Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment. Violating this rule will constitute a breach of the property's house rules and may result in the cancellation of your reservation, for which you will not receive a refund. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. The fine for smoking is PLN 500. - The host reserves the right to charge a security deposit of PLN 500, or PLN 1000 in special circumstances, such as New Year's Eve. - Please contact the property by 10:00 PM.
