Reception working hours are from 9:00 until 21:00. If checking out prior to reception opening hours, please leave the keycard in room and close the door.
A surcharge of 120 PLN applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.
Please note that the credit card used for booking has to be presented upon arrival to block 100 PLN deposit for incidentals.
If guests don't have that card, another credit card owned by guests can be accepted for deposit. Please note that credit cards belonging to third parties, debit cards and virtual cards are not accepted.
Platinum Residence Mokotów reserves right to pre-authorize credit card any time prior to the arrival as a warranty of the booking.
Use of apartments for parties, celebrations or social events attended by more people than the apartment is rented for, is not allowed.
