Położony jest w spokojnej, zielonej okolicy w sąsiedztwie zabytkowej "Wieży Książęcej", gdzie odbywa się sobotni targ rolny w ofercie której są regionalne przysmaki. W okolicy są przepiękne trasy spacerowe/rowerowe prowadzące min. do Perły Zachodu. Mieszkanie jest częścią domu, posiada niezależne prywatne wejście od tyłu budynku. Do dyspozycji gości jest nowocześnie urządzony salon, kuchnia łazienka oraz sypialnia. W sypialni znajduję się łóżko podwójne, pojedyńcze, w salonie wygodna sofa z funkcją spania.
