The property is a very spacious (450 square meters) authentic Pomeranian house built in red brick at the end of the 19th century. The interior of the house has been completely renovated and decorated with original antique furniture, lamps, paintings and sculptures. The house is only 400 m from the beautiful sandy beach, the pine forest and the spectacular dunes. There are 6 bedrooms with modern quality beds, 6 bathrooms, a huge living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. The main living room has sofas, chaise longues, armchairs, a fireplace, a piano, books, music and a television with satellite channels. The other smaller living room upstairs has a sofa and armchairs to rest. In the house there are 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, showers, bidets, toilets, 2 bathrooms in the rooms (only bathtubs and sinks) and 2 separate toilets with sinks. All bathrooms in white marble. Next to the house there is a small garden with seating, a swing and a grill. Near the house there is a nice sand playground for children, 2 local fish restaurants that serve Baltic fish brought directly from the fishing boats. The place is very calm and safe. The house is situated in the center of the small and very authentic Pomeranian village by the Baltic Sea. The place is called Mielenko (old name Kleinmöllen) and is only 2 km away from the biggest place called Mielno (Großmöllen). Very quiet and charming place , only within a walking distance to the nice sandy beach.
