You’ll love our second home, excellent location, amazing ocean view, near beaches and boardwalk!!!! NEW AC unit at living room. We offer a lovely relaxing walkup penthouse located on the west coast of PR, with amazing ocean view in front of Paseo Real Marina in Aguadilla. For an extra fee you could have access to our private terrace. The condo is a gated community, with pool, gazebos, secure parking, camera surveillance, green areas and power generator for common areas. Welcome, relax and enjoy!

We are available always for our guests. Guests can contact us by phone, text message or email at any time.

The neighborhood offers access to the beach, Boardwalk Paseo Real Marina and restaurants, sport bars, beach bars, kiosks and bar and grills, Beach equipment rentals and Ice Skating Arena at walking distance Extra parking is available in front of the condo at Paseo Real Marina
