Our Madeira was established in 2009 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from). We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holiday, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming, and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties, we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others, we take care of the cleaning and maintenance, and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All the properties are known to us personally. Between us, we have over 60 years of experience in tourism, so we like to think we know what we’re doing! Our wonderful and dedicated team also come from many different areas of Tourism and bring with them a wealth of knowledge and customer care. The leaving area seamlessly connects to a dinning space, ideal to enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and thoughtful details. The living room is complemented by a spacious sofa bed and air conditioning. Off the living area are the 2 large king size bedrooms with air conditioning complemented by 2 shower-rooms.

The apartment is perfectly nestled in the peaceful area of Canhas, Ponta do Sol the perfect place to explore the island with its many walks available in the surrounding countryside. The nearest facilities are a mini market and café only 550m away from the apartment. The nearest restaurant is 1.1 km away. The character and beautiful preserved village of Ponta do Sol is 6 Km away and is well worth a visit. This is also where you will find the nearest beach. The resort of Calheta with its man-made beach, branded supermarket and more cafés and restaurants, is 9 Km away, easily accessed via the expressway in 10 minutes driving time. Funchal is an easy 45-minute drive via expressway and motorway, and the airport a further 15 minute drive.
