1. In order to ensure compliance with the regulations in force on public safety and the Town Hall, this establishment requires online check-in and payment of the Tourist Tax through its own channel. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. 2. This property offers private parking, however, spaces are not allocated to each specific accommodation and cannot be booked in advance. Therefore, parking is subject to availability at the time of your arrival. 3. Possibility of noise due to the accommodation's central location. 4. The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. 5. This accommodation is exclusively intended for families, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly environment for an unforgettable holiday. 6. Amenities such as toilet paper are provided for the day of arrival only. 7. Air conditioning is only available in the living room and one of the bedrooms. 8. Delivery of an extra kit with new sheets and towels for reservations longer than 10 days.
