I was born in Funchal, study here and I'm working in a secondary school as a computers teacher. I very proud of my Island, here we can have all, the sea, the sun, the mountains and nature and everything is so close and beautiful.

Property information

The property is in residential area near Madeira botanical garden, it's very green and quiet area, with a great view. It's 30min walking (5min. by car) a way from the center of Funchal, and with bus stop near. We prepare the property with 4 different apartments, all have ocean view, kitchenette, terrace, BBQ and all conditions to relax in a quiet environment. 1. Our best apartment (HEAVEN) have 52m2 with one bedroom, bathroom and 100m2 GARDEN wtth amazing views over ocean and Funchal. 2. Our Top apartment (DREAM View) have 45m2 with one bedroom, bathroom and 6m2 PRIVATE TERRACE wtth amazing views over ocean and Funchal. 3. Our Studios ( ZEN and RELAX) in the back of the property, have 30m2 and a shared entrance and terrace near the same area, with a nice view over Funchal.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is very quiet and Calm, in a very green area, near botanical garden, (2 min away, walking ). I only have neighbors on the back of the property.
