The apartment is on the second floor, without an elevator, and has three comfortable bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. It also has another full bathroom for use by the other bedrooms and for guests staying on the sofa bed. If you're looking for a place to work remotely, we guarantee good quality Wi-Fi throughout the house. Air conditioning is only available in the living room. With a southwest orientation, this is the ideal setting for spectacular sunsets, making every late afternoon truly special, perfect for relaxing. Free on-street parking is just one more of the details that make this space your next perfect destination. The property is equipped with a noise sensor (without audio recording) and a temperature sensor to ensure comfort and respect for the neighborhood. These devices only monitor environmental levels and do not collect personal data. Amenities - We provide toilet paper, shampoo/gel bath and kitchen kit for the first few nights only.
