A little about me Hi! I´m Ann. My boyfriend Martin and I moved from Sweden to Portugal in 2017, to be closer to the warmth above all. In Sweden I worked in Facilities in one way or another for about 15 years and I have always found great satisfaction in taking care of both the people and the property they live in. That´s why I thought ... NOW is the time to combine the two. Here I rent out privately owned properties during different periods. Some of them only during the summer and some also during the rest of the year. To make sure the property is properly cleaned, I have chosen to work with a professional cleaning company, with a Clean & Safe certificate. This Smashing Penthouse has two big amazing terraces where one is overlooking the Ria Formosa and the other has a BBQ. From the lower terrace you can enjoy sitting together enjoying quiet time or a nice meal in all privacy. From the spacious top terrace you have a view over almost the whole village and with it´s almost centered location between the village and the countryside it invites people with different holiday requirements. One of the bedrooms has a big double bed and the other has two single beds that easily can be put together or separated. In this apartment we exclusively offer not only one but two, nice and comfortable foldable extra beds for children under 12.
