Large and spacious, in a fabulous location in the historic centre of Tavira, this four bedroom, four bathroom house is situated on a quiet street, with two terraces, two reception rooms, plunge pool and garage. Together with these amenities and being less than a minute’s walk to the Tavira island ferry, makes this wonderfully luxurious house one of the most sought after in Tavira! Amarela 17 was completely rebuilt in 2022/3, equipped and furnished to the highest level, with comfort and practicality in mind, whilst maintaining its historic character. With capacity for eight people, it offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, one of which is ensuite with a bath and overhead shower. The double beds in two of the rooms can be converted into single beds and all bedroom and bathroom windows are fitted with insect-proof screens. The beds are extremely comfortable, with pure cotton white bedlinen and the choice of firm and soft pillows. The ground floor terrace has outside seating with a sofa and armchairs and a dining table under a pergola is lit with fairy lights in the evening. On the roof terrace, a plunge pool (with internal seating), two sun loungers and a café style table and chairs. Yoga mats are available and hammam towels for the pool and beach are provided. An elegant living/dining room leads onto the main terrace and the separate TV room/playroom/office, complete with large smart TV and built-in desk, makes this multi-purpose room perfect for those who need a workspace while staying. Fast wifi is available throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances; a large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, two ovens (one combined microwave), a Nespresso milk frother, a coffee machine, a large larder and a cosy breakfast corner. There is also an integrated cold water filter tap/faucet, so there is no need to buy bottles of mineral water, which is a huge bonus.

Less than a minute's walk from the ferry to the island of Tavira and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. On entering in the house Amarela 17 you are met by space, light and elegance. No doubt you will create unique and unforgettable memories in this accommodation, where every detail has been thought of to provide you with a dream holiday just like this house is: a dream! Note: Public works are currently ongoing on the property's street and access roads, as part of a municipal project to improve local infrastructure. The interventions may cause noise, dust, or restrict access to the property, within the hours permitted by law for this type of work (08:00 - 20:00).
