In Madeira, you normally have to choose between a nice house in a remote location or an apartment. Casa do Til is one of very few large homes with a large garden, private parking and a double hot tub, but still within a walking distance to the centre of Funchal.
We are a young couple with two lovely daughters. We live in Lisbon and rent out our holiday home in Funchal
Til is a quiet residential area but has everything you would need. An excellent local cafe with pastries and a small supermarket are 3 min walk away. Central Funchal is 20 min walk downhill. There is also a bus to town.
