Casa Pequena, is a detached villa with private pool and jacuzzi. Located in the quiet area of Montinhos da Luz, mostly residential, between Luz and Burgau, both at a distance of approximately 2km. The villa offers comfortable accommodation for 7 guests, divided into 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (1 en suite). More recently a new space has been created - a small studio with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (w/ shower) that can accommodate 2 more guests, AC and sliding doors to a patio overlooking the garden. The main house is spacious, with an area of approximately 150 m2, on one floor where you can also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and living room with dining area that opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea on the horizon. A modern and well equipped kitchen with all the amenities. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds and Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a sofa bed. These rooms share 2 additional bathrooms. All rooms have doors to the terrace and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has a built -in safe inside the wardrobe. Outside there are a number of sun loungers, a hammock and several parasols. The inviting heated swimming pool, its all-round terrace and another more private area and jacuzzi can provide very pleasant leisure time. There is also the covered outdoor kitchen with an excellent gas barbecue, sink and minibar. The outdoor dining area has a dining table and chairs, covered by an awning. Just next to it, going down a few steps is another seating area with built-in seating and a fire pit. The whole property is surrounded by a mature, landscaped garden, maintained by our gardener who looks after it once a week. Also the pool and garden are cleaned and checked once a week. Although located in a quiet area it is very close to busy beaches, the Costa Vicentina National Park and several highly regarded golf courses.
