Casa Vintage sijaitsee 5 min kävelymatkan päässä mustahiekkarannasta Praia do Cais. Vehreä luonto ympäröi Seixalin kylää ja talosta on upeat maisemat kaikkiin suuntiin. Oma parkkeeraus päätiellä, käynti kujaa portaita pitkin. Sisustettu vanhaa vaalien rakkaudella ja ajan kanssa. Koe loma luovassa ja omaperäisessä pikku talossa. Tule, koe, lepää ja nauti.

Pieni kylä vuoren rinteessä. Pieniä kujia portaineen ja muutama autotie. Tyypillinen maderalainen kylä. Oma pysäköinti yksityisessä autotallissa ylhäällä kulkevalla tiellä Estrada Santo Antao. Käynti taloon kujaa pitkin portaita alas. Kujan nimi Vereda Candido dos Ramos, ylhäällä kyltti, vastapäätä myös opastuskyltti hiekkarannalle. Talolle lyhyt matka kujan alusta. Talo on numero 9, kujan oikealla puolella ylhäältä päin tullessa. Talon tunnistaa kärrynpyöristä kattoterassilla.
