It also has a swimming pool shared with the other residents of the building Please be aware that there is construction work going on nearby, so there may be noise. The building's lift is currently out of service.

Neighbourhood information

A few minutes from the coastal area, it is possible to do recreational activities and water sports such as surfing, windsurfing, bodyboarding, kitesurfing, diving and fishing. The concentration of iodine and sun exposure meet the favourable conditions for a therapy and medicinal treatment south of the famous Consolação beach. Next door, visiting the fortress now turned into a museum can enrich a day of holiday as well as a trip to the Berlengas Island before experiencing the typical local gastro.
