Duarte Houses - houses with sea view Located in Pederneira Nazaré, it is a T1 house, on the ground floor, with air conditioning (heat/cold), extremely clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend an excellent vacation. It has a very spacious terrace where you can dine in a privileged location with a stunning view of the sea and the beach area, from where at the end of the day you can enjoy a magnificent sunset. All TVs have cable channels. It has free Wi-Fi. The interior of the house is private only for the guests who book it, it is not shared with anyone else, only what is shared is the patio and terrace, both spacious and each house has its outdoor furniture. Your holiday home is here, in an extremely clean, calm environment and all of it welcoming and enjoy a breathtaking view.
Receiving guests for several years, we like to welcome all our customers, and we always do the best and what we are allowed to provide them with a great stay in "Duarte Houses".
Typical neighborhood in a privileged location with panoramic views over the sea and the beach area, through the streets even today it is possible to observe the famous Nazarenes with the typical seven-skirt costume. It is about 720 meters (15 minutes) walk from the beach area. In the surrounding area there is a café, small local mini-market, bakery, restaurants, monuments and viewpoints.
