The property dates to the early 20th century or late 19th century, although the exact year of construction is unknown. It underwent renovation in 2015, maintaining its original design, so it does not have modern comforts such as air conditioning. On the other hand, the thick exterior walls provide a high level of insulation against cold and heat. The living room faces south, with a superb view of the Tagus River and the 25 de Abril Bridge.
I love the sea, the riverside and all you can do outdoors. I love to travel and that's why I like to welcome guests the way I would like to be welcomed, with familiarity, but respecting each person's space and personality. I'm always available to help in any way I can.
A very vibrant neighborhood where residents and artists rub shoulders, thanks to the presence of several studios in the Lx Factory and Village Underground Lisboa, as well as the home of the Lisbon Metropolitan Orchestra. The Santo Amaro viewpoint is very close by and offers a spectacular view over Lisbon and the Tagus River.
