We offer a revitalizing experience in a very peaceful village in the mountains of central Portugal. There are no shared spaces. Both the Swimming pool, the house, and the outdoor kitchen/living room are fully private. At an hiking distance there are the mountains in the pictures and unspoiled rivers with amazing bathing spots. Ideal place to work remotely with fast enough internet for multiple video calls, remote desktop, Netflix etc
My name is Sérgio. I'm managing the property of my parents Manuel and Fernanda. I'm always available by phone to answer your questions. My passion for unspoiled nature inspires me to share with you the unique experience of living with a small farming family in a village surrounded by mountains and pure rivers. It is my pleasure to welcome you to my parents house and the village I grew up in with my parents as hosts. My parents Manuel and Fernanda are always there if anything is needed. Even without speaking english they are always able to communicate with the hosts using Go*gle translate.
The village of Santo Estêvão is isolated, which gives more sense of belonging to the nature. The Eco farming activities of the hosts reminds us of the Portuguese rural reality and preserves the authenticity of the village. Surroundings: Serra do São Macário (7 km), Aldeia of Pena (10 km), Drave (14 km) and diving in the Paiva River (4 km). The village is 40 min from Viseu by the A24, 25 min from S. Pedro do Sul, and 25 min from Castro de Aire. Coming by the A25 the trip is from 1h50 (Porto) and 3h00 (Lisbon). Public transportation to get near the village only works once a day
