Our Madeira was established in 2009 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from). We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holiday, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming, and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties, we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others, we take care of the cleaning and maintenance, and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All the properties are known to us personally. Between us, we have over 60 years of experience in tourism, so we like to think we know what we’re doing! Our wonderful and dedicated team also come from many different areas of Tourism and bring with them a wealth of knowledge and customer care. This outstanding 4-bedroom air-conditioned luxury villa in Madeira features an amazing array of facilities, including a superb 12,5m X 7m infinity pool with Baja ledge and spacious surrounding deck, overlooking built in hot tub, independent games and leisure room, outdoor table tennis and large covered barbecue area, all surrounded by expansive mature gardens with panoramic sea-view. Completely refurbished in a contemporary style by a renowned interior design company the villa’s modern and stylish open plan dining and living areas create a peaceful ambience overlooking the front veranda, garden and sea. A neighbouring study provides a perfect working space if needed. In the large fully equipped kitchen is a second dining table, and a door to the laundry with washer and dryer. A guest toilet is also located on this floor. On the first floor there are two south facing double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each boasting a private balcony with sea views. The third double bedroom, with private balcony and views over the swimming pool and sea, and the 4th bedroom with two single beds share the family bathroom. In a separate annex next to the main house, you’ll find the games room awaits with billiard table, table football, and sitting area with wall mounted flatscreen TV, all overlooking the built-in hot tub and swimming pool. A bar with a mini fridge is available to keep your drinks cold while enjoying the space, useful for drinks around the swimming pool. The remarkable swimming pool complex includes a shallow ledge for submerged sun loungers, and a long 12.6m infinity swimming pool, surrounded by a large pool deck with additional sun loungers, outdoor seating and a further outdoor dining table.

Bellissima is set below the village of Estreito da Calheta, Calheta. The nearest facilities, a café, can be found only 500 m away. Close by (400 metres away) is also a trendy bar, Pukiki, which serves a great selection of rum based cocktails. The nearest mini market is only 950m away, close to a local snack bar. The Village centre is only 1.2 km away and there you can find a mini-market and three cafés. The pharmacy of Estreito da Calheta can be found 1.2 km away. It is 3 Km to the resort town of Calheta, with its man-made golden sandy beach. Here you will, find a selection of cafés, restaurants, a larger supermarket, the marina (boat trips can be arranged), banks and a chemist. A 10-minute drive will take you to either of the two surfing meccas of Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar, at sea level and with trendy café-bars (try the caipirinhas and mojitos). Funchal is an easy 40-minutes’ drive and the airport less than 50 minutes along the motorway.
