Tucked away along a quiet side street and perfectly placed to enjoy the many delights of this most charming town, Tavira Suites by Smartavillas comprises five well-appointed and spacious two- and three-bedroom townhouses surrounding a pretty courtyard with shared use of a lap pool. Converted from an old Olive mill, each townhouse has been cleverly designed over three floors to offer ample space and light. Exceptional equipment levels and contemporary furnishings and décor combine effortlessly with polished marble and wooden flooring to make for thoroughly modern interiors, while private terraces provide an ideal spot to enjoy dinning al fresco, or a favourite tipple on a warm Summer’s evening. The many attractions of Tavira are just a short walk away, with colourful cobbled streets, the famed Roman bridge, an intriguing historical quarter and an abundance of enticing eateries to name just a few of the many local delights to enjoy and savour. Close by, several of the Algarve’s renown beaches are easily reached via short ferry crossings and for nature lovers, the vast wetlands, lagoons and sands of the Ria Formosa Natural Park are virtually on your door step.

1. The Rental Includes: Bed Sheets and Towels & Cleaning on departure 2. Additional Extras: Housekeeping Service – if you would like a housekeeping service or sheet change during the course of your stay (whether short term of long term rental periods) – the price is ten euros per guest and will include a change of bed linen and towels and a basic clean. Service Charge / Damage Waiver: All bookings are subject to a non-refundable accidental damage waiver based on property size which will insure guests against accidental damage to the property of up to the value of two hundred and fifty euros (listed as 'service charge'). This cover excludes negligence, vandalism and incidental breakages such as broken glasses and crockery. For any damage that exceeds two hundred and fifty euros, Smartavillas reserves the right to invoice you for immediate payment.
