This property has three bedrooms, with excellent natural light and a relaxing atmosphere: a suite with double bed, closet and private bathroom with bathtub; two bedrooms with closet, one of them with two single beds and the other with double bed. Large living room with dining table, a small work area, and an inviting sitting area. The access to the balcony is through the living room. In this exterior space, besides a privileged view over the horizon and the building's gardens, you can enjoy leisure moments, read a book or have a coffee. The property also has a guest toilet, an equipped kitchen with dining area and a separate laundry room.
