Property information

It is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment, placed on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, with capacity for 7 guests, located in the center of Aveiro, just a 5 minutes walk from the historic center and 10 minutes from the train station. Very cosy, comfortable and bright, with large windows, heating and electric blinds. It has 2 full bathrooms, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 of them with balcony and characteristic decoration allusive to the city of Aveiro. Spacious common area, divided into Dining room and Living Room where you can find as well a small area for children. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basic cooking utensils, stove, oven, water heater, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. It also has a seat for baby meal. The flat is very cozy, comfortable and bright. Ideal to spend a few days of rest or business trips.

Aveiro, known as the "Portuguese Venice" because of the beautiful Ria de Aveiro, described by Saramago as a "living body that connects the land to the sea like a huge heart." Embark on a moliceiro and go through the canals of the estuary, see the Arte Nova houses, discover the City Museum, venture into a BUGA, free bicycles made available by the municipality and enjoy delicious "Ovos Moles" as dessert .
